Q. Do I need a "Duty Of Care" waste transfer note?
A. Yes, by law every commercial premises must have an annual "Duty of Care" Waste Transfer Note in place to show the Council or Environment Agency that there is an agreed contract for waste removal in place. rfl will take care of this for you as part of our service and provide you with your annual Waste Transfer Note.
Q. What is the normal delivery time for me to receive the bins/bags I have ordered?
A. All new customers are guaranteed to have their bags or bins delivered to them within 2 working days of placing an order. We will always attempt to achieve next day delivery on all orders. Existing customers who are on our Bag and Sack collection service receive delivery the next working day.

Q. Do I have to separate my mixed waste and Recycling?
A. With rfl there is no need to separate your mixed waste from your recycling. Our hard working teams at our authorized material recycling centre & waste recovery facilities separate it all for you.
